Sheraton Group Services was founded in Western Australia predominantly as a hospitality cleaning service and quickly expanded to provide industrial and commercial cleaning. In 2014 the company established a presence in Queensland's Surat Basin region, based in the central down of Chinchilla. Since then, SGS has become a trusted contractor for commercial and industrial cleaning throughout the Surat Basin's thriving resources sector, and has also extended into the hospitality and accommodation industry in South East Queensland.
